There are always stories behind my paintings .

A few years ago , I traveled to Turkey/Istanbul to spend more time in ancient palaces, churchs and mosques to absorb the emotion and feeling of the fascinating Christianity and Islam both together and its combination and its influence of the modern architectural .

I remember it was noon time and I was sited in the Blue Mosque and it was the pray time and people were walking around , washing their face , cleaning up , tiding things up and being prepared for pray, all together....

I was so moved and fascinated by them .

the image of human bodies and the gold shiny sun in the sky with the brilliant turquoise color of dome made me committed to paint a very expressive image of what I was seeing very soon.

This life size painting was done in 2017 and were been noticed by a lot of visitors came to my open house studio .
